Case Study
The table below shows an example of a Standard Debt and Payment Schedule using actual numbers from one of our case studies. It contains the amount of debt (principal) and the compounded-interest (interest) associated with the debt as well as the amount of time (term length) required to pay the loan off according to the creditor's payment schedule. The Total Debt amount reflects the total cost of the principal and interest spread out over the term of the loan. If the debt is paid according to the creditor's terms it will take OVER 40 YEARS to payoff!! As previously stated, these numbers are derived from an actual case study. As a result of attending the Nehemiah's Redemption Seminar you will learn, as this person did, how to significantly reduce the amount of interest normally paid on loans if paid according to the creditor's terms and significantly reduce the loan's term length. We will show you and help you understand the tactics and strategies required to eliminate your debt in a minimum amount of time WITHOUT THE LOAN!!! Option #1: (seminar-only) will show you the economic system in which we live and function, how it works, the tricks we often fall for regarding money management and how to modify the necessary behavioral attributes required to significantly reduce and subsequently eliminate debt. Using the example below, we applied the strategies attained in the Option#1 seminar and were able to show how to reduce the debt service by over $22,000 and shorten the payoff term from over 40 years to only 18 years.... WITHOUT THE LOAN!!! Option #2: (seminar & consultation) will give you all of the Option #1 program benefits plus additional tactics and strategies necessary to reduce debt service even further. In the example below, we applied these additional strategies to the standard payment plan and were able to show how to reduce the debt service by over $78,000 and reduce the payoff term from over 40 years down to ONLY 8 YEARS!! Again, this was accomplished WITHOUT THE LOAN!!! Example: Standard Debt and Payment Schedule | | | Debt Service | Monthly Payment | Term Length | Interest Savings | Term Reduction % | | Principal | $178,615.00 | | | | | | Interest | $157,524.00 | | | | | | Total Debt | $336,139.00 | $2669.88 | 40 yrs. | -0- | 0% | Debt and Payment Schedule after example #1 applied | | Principal | $178,615.00 | | | | | | Interest | $134,562.00 | | | | | | Total Debt | $313,177.00 | $2669.88 | 18 yrs. | $22,960.30 (15%) | 56% | Debt and Payment Schedule after example #2 applied | | Principal | $178,615.00 | | | | | | Interest | $79,032.00 | | | | | | Total Debt | $257,647.00 | $2669.88 | 8 yrs. | $78,492.52 (50%) | 80% | What's the difference in savings between Options #1 and #2? An additional 14 years term reduction and over $55,500 more in savings!! When compared with the original payoff schedule, applying the combination of Options #1 and #2 yields a total cost savings of over $78,000 and reduces the debt term by over 32 years!!! | We think it's worth your time to learn these strategies? Want to get out of debt? You've tried everything else, how about trying it God's way! The seminar is FREE! There are no schemes, gimmicks or tricks, just biblical solutions and Bankers secrets. What have you got to lose, besides your debt burden?
